RBG Teacher - Miss Honey

Finally! I've been meaning to get around to this for a while. I was listening to Gumi's song "Honey Honey," and I got the idea for this. I have no idea what the song has to with reading or teaching, but inspiration comes from the strangest places, yeah?

Personality: Honey is a very forgetful person and often leaves class materials at her house. Part of this problem is that she sleeps through her alarm... always... so she's always in a rush when she leaves the house. She's also really bad with names, but at least she gets the first letter right. For example, when she's talking to Kuro, she'll call him something like Keith or Kevin. When she's taking to Ruan, she might call him Ricky or something. Those names aren't even close! Just be patient with her. She'll get them right eventually. It's not that she doesn't care about her students. Names just... don't like her. D: And she's pretty clueless. A lot of things, especially jokes, go right over her head. No sense of humor. OTL It's amazing how she can actually manage to teach! Finally, she's a bookworm... to the extreme. She'd rather just sit and read and do nothing else. "Oh, you're going out for lunch, and you'd like me to come with you? Aha, no. I think I'll just stay in my classroom and read." -_- Almost all of her free time is spent reading books or shopping for books or outlining books or anything else that has to do with books. It's a little ridiculous.

Talents: Well, it's definitely not remembering names! Reading... Reading is her primary talent. D: She hasn't really spent time doing much of anything else, so... she hasn't worked on developing any other talents.

Other things...
~ Because she wakes up late, she often eats a very small breakfast, if any at all, and dresses in a hurry, which leads to her looking all sloppy and junk...
~ She's single because she's either too busy reading to go out on a date or she's too clueless to realize when the opposite sex is interested in her.
~ Her ponytail is always a little crooked, but nobody notices. Unless they're a hair rapist, like Ruan. >> He likes to fix her ponytail for her so that she doesn't have to go around with it being crooked all day.
~ She likes almost all books from the Bible to A Tale of Two Cities to Green Eggs and Ham. You name it, she reads it.
~ The sun is out to get her. Seriously. She burns really easily, so she cakes on the sunscreen whenever she knows she has to be outside for an extended period of time, and when she's only out for a little bit, she tries to stay in the shade.
~ For now, she only teaches one hour of Novels, and the others are English, but if more people want to take Novels, she will teach two hours of it.

Yup. Honey. I like her~ I'm not sure if there's an English teacher already, but... there can never be too much English, right? /shot

Ah, I did this in Manga Studio Debut today. It was fun. :3 I found a new way to shade, and I think it looks good. I might try coloring a little differently one of these days. ... One of these days. I don't like the lineart on this, though, at all. D: For some reason, the pen tool wouldn't work right, so I had to use the pencil tool for the lineart, and I hate it...

By the way, is my handwriting awesome or what? ;D
